Rolande Kirouac, is a wonderfully entertaining Keynote Speaker who kept us engaged at our “Inspiring Change” Conference held at the Norwood Hotel, here in Winnipeg on April 29, 2014. Thank you for your presentation on the five reasons why we resist change! Individual sources of resistance to change can reside in basic characteristics such as perceptions, personalities and needs: Habit; Security; Economic Factors; Fear of the unknown; Selective Information Processing. It’s fair to say that we all left the conference with a little bit more knowledge about our own personalities and how we personally deal with change. Moving forward is never easy, but if we can move forward with a positive attitude and the right people, it makes it that much more fun!
Thank you for Inspiring Change Rolande!
